Duties
- Answer multi-line phone systems efficiently, directing calls accurately and professionally
- Utilize office management software such as Microsoft Office and AxisCare for data entry, filing, and record keeping
- Support administrative tasks including organizing and filing
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries with excellent phone etiquette and professionalism
Experience
- Proven office experience or administrative support experience in a fast-paced environment
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google
- Experience with multi-line phone systems and handling high-volume calls with excellent phone etiquette
- Prior experience in healthcare or medical receptionist roles is a plus but not required
- Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Clerical skills including filing, proofreading, data entry, and record keeping are essential
- Focussed, driven and attention to detail are a must
