Primary Job Responsibilities will be: –
- Freshers and candidates with prior hotel experience are welcome to apply for this role.
- Welcome patients and visitors warmly and assist them at the reception.
- Communicate clearly in Arabic and English to guide patients and answer basic inquiries.
- Help ensure a smooth flow of patients from arrival to consultation to discharge.
- Check on patients to ensure they are comfortable and satisfied with services.
- Maintain patient privacy and handle information with confidentiality.
- Support coordination between patients, doctors, and internal departments.
- Maintain a friendly, professional front desk presence and support overall patient experience.
- Perform all related duties as assigned by HOD/Reporting Manager.
