Receptionist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls promptly.
  • Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and organized.
  • Handle inquiries and provide information to clients, visitors, and staff.
  • Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor badges as necessary.
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
  • Receive and sort mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.
  • Support other departments with administrative support as needed.
  • Ensure the reception area complies with company policies and safety standards.


Requirements

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Representative, or similar role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a professional appearance.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with office management software.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize workload.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Friendly, approachable, and customer-service oriented attitude.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualification in office administration is a plus.
