We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team in Elmwood Park, NJ. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our company, providing excellent customer service and administrative support. This role requires strong front desk skills and the ability to be cross trained as an assistant to support various office functions.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls efficiently.
  • Manage front desk activities including mail distribution, scheduling, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
  • Support other team members by performing assistant duties as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  • Handle inquiries and provide information to clients and staff.
