Position: Receptionist
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients, providing a warm and professional welcome
- Support clients throughout their rehabilitation journey
- Manage appointment scheduling and client records
- Maintain and update client data using CRM systems
- Handle communication and coordination related to insurance claims and patient coverage
- Ensure high-quality customer service and support smooth daily operations
- Assist in client engagement and conversion processes
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience using CRM systems
- Previous experience working with insurance documentation is a plus
- Basic knowledge of clinical or wellness services is an advantage
- Responsible, attentive, and client-focused
- Knowledge of Arabic is a plus
Compensation and Benefits:
- Pay per shift
