We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telesales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for sales. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, explaining our products/services, and closing sales over the phone.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Present and promote products/services to customers.
- Follow up on leads and convert them into sales.
- Maintain a customer database and update records regularly.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
- Work closely with the sales team to improve overall performance.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in telesales, customer service, or a similar role (preferred).
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
- Fluency in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus).
- Immediate joiners preferred.
Salary & Benefits:
- Monthly Salary: AED 3000 – 3500
- Commission: Attractive commission structure based on performance
