We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telesales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for sales. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, explaining our products/services, and closing sales over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
  • Present and promote products/services to customers.
  • Follow up on leads and convert them into sales.
  • Maintain a customer database and update records regularly.
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
  • Work closely with the sales team to improve overall performance.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in telesales, customer service, or a similar role (preferred).
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Target-oriented and self-motivated.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
  • Fluency in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus).
  • Immediate joiners preferred.

Salary & Benefits:

  • Monthly Salary: AED 3000 – 3500
  • Commission: Attractive commission structure based on performance
  • Incentives: Monthly bonuses and sales competitions
  • Working Hours: [Insert working hours, 9 AM – 6 PM,
  • Other Benefits: As per UAE labor law
