Full job description

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in real estate sales, leasing, or property management, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of the UAE real estate market and property regulations.
• Lead and manage the sales, leasing, and property management functions.
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve revenue and business growth targets.
• Manage residential and commercial property portfolios.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, developers, and brokers.
• Oversee property acquisitions, leasing negotiations, and contract administration.
• Monitor market trends, property values, and investment opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with UAE real estate laws, regulations, and company policies.
