We’re seeking a motivated and experienced Real Estate Sales Consultant to join our team. If you’re results-driven, charismatic, and passionate about real estate investment, this is a fantastic opportunity to grow with a company that values your skills and supports your success.
Responsibilities:
- Sell freehold and off-plan residential and commercial properties from top developers
- Help investors and end-users with the full buying process
- Explain property features, prices, payment plans, and return on investment (ROI)
- Meet clients in person, conduct site visits, and give online property presentations
- Find new leads through networking, referrals, and online platforms
- Stay updated about the market and new projects
- Prepare and check sales agreements, offers, and contracts
- Build strong, long-term relationships with clients and developers
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of sales experience in the market (real estate is a plus)
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Good English speaking and writing skills (other languages are a plus)
- Strong attitude, charisma, and team-player mindset
- Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to work independently
- Basic knowledge of the property market in Ras Al Khaimah and investment trends
- Professional look and friendly personality
- Valid driver’s license and own car
