Job Summary
We are looking for a driven and energetic Real Estate Sales Agent to join our Dubai team. The role involves assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties across Dubai’s fast-moving real estate market, including off-plan and ready properties.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new leads through calls, networking, referrals, and property portals
- Conduct property viewings and present suitable options to clients
- Advise clients on Dubai real estate trends, pricing, and investment opportunities
- Negotiate deals between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants
- Handle rental, sales, and off-plan transactions from inquiry to closing
- Maintain strong relationships with developers, landlords, and investors
- Advertise listings on platforms such as Property Finder, Bayut, and Dubizzle
- Achieve monthly sales and leasing targets
Requirements
- Previous real estate sales experience preferred (Dubai/UAE experience is an advantage)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Good understanding of the Dubai property market (off-plan, secondary, rentals)
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient
- Fluency in English (Arabic, Russian, Hindi, Urdu, or other languages is a plus)
- UAE driving license preferred
- Knowledge of CRM systems and property portals is an advantage
