Role Overview

We are looking for an agent cum sales executive who is organised, proactive, and passionate about real estate. This hybrid role blends with sales enthusiasm and is ideal for someone who enjoys multitasking and client interaction.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Support

• Assist in lead generation and client engagement
• Prepare property listings, brochures, and marketing materials
• Support agents during property showings and negotiations
• Maintain CRM systems and update client databases
• Follow up with clients post-sale for feedback and referrals

Requirements

• Male candidates (as per company preference)
• UAE driving licence
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
• Presentable, confident, and customer-oriented

Bonus Skills

• Familiarity with Dubai property portals (Bayut, Dubizzle, etc.)
• Knowledge of RERA documentation and procedures
• Social media marketing experience
