About Us

We are a leading Dubai-based real estate brokerage specializing in sales and rentals across prime communities. We are looking for a motivated Telecaller to connect with property owners and update our property database

Key Responsibilities

• Call property owners to confirm availability, pricing, and status of their properties.
• Update or remove listings that are rented/sold or no longer available.
• Maintain and update the company CRM / Excel sheet with accurate property information.
• Generate new listings by building relationships with owners and landlords.
• Follow up on leads received through portals and marketing campaigns.
• Coordinate with the listing and sales teams to keep inventory current and verified.
• Ensure all owner details and listing updates are handled professionally and confidentially.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Real estate tele-calling
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
• Fluent in English
• Confident on calls and comfortable handling a high call volume daily.
• Basic computer skills (CRM, Excel, WhatsApp Web, and email handling).

What We Offer

• Fixed salary: AED 3,000 – 3,500 per month.
• Incentives based on verified or new listings generated.
