We are looking for experienced real estate sales agents (Secondary) from all nationalities. This is a commission-only role. Both male and female agents are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare paperwork, maintain transaction files, and update CRM systems
• Maintain relationship with past clients, send updates or newsletters, and maintain a referral network.
• Assist in preparing marketing materials, listing descriptions, flyers, and social media posts.
• Help coordinate staging, cleaning, photography, and minor property improvements.
• Collect data on comparable listings, price trends, and neighbourhood information.
• Attend training sessions, workshops, and stay updated on industry regulations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in real estate sales (Secondary)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven
• Knowledge of Dubai real estate market is preferred
• Male & female candidates are encouraged to apply
