Key Responsibilities

  • Assist Russian‑speaking clients with property inquiries, viewings, and investment consultations
  • Conduct tailored presentations, virtual tours, and community overviews in Russian and English
  • Promote off‑plan and ready properties from top Abu Dhabi developers
  • Build and manage a portfolio of buyers, sellers, landlords, and investors
  • Provide expert guidance on pricing, ROI, rental yields, payment plans, and Abu Dhabi market trends
  • Negotiate offers and close transactions with professionalism and accuracy
  • Maintain CRM records and follow company sales processes
  • Represent Metropolitan Capital Real Estate with cultural understanding and professionalism

Requirements

  • Fluency in Russian and English (spoken and written)
  • Experience in real estate sales or client‑facing roles is preferred
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build trust with international clients and high‑net‑worth individuals
  • Highly motivated, disciplined, and target‑driven
  • Valid UAE driving license and access to a car
  • Knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market is an advantage
