Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Real Estate Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully representing buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants in residential and/or commercial real estate transactions. The agent will be responsible for building client relationships, conducting property viewings, and ensuring a seamless transaction process from initial consultation to closing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, property owners, developers, and industry professionals.
  • Advise clients on market conditions, property values, pricing strategies, and investment opportunities.
  • Conduct property viewings and open houses.
  • Prepare and present property listings, marketing materials, and comparative market analyses.
  • Negotiate purchase agreements, lease contracts, and other real estate transactions on behalf of clients.
  • Coordinate with mortgage brokers, attorneys, inspectors, appraisers, and other stakeholders throughout the transaction process.
  • Ensure compliance with all real estate laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and listings using CRM systems.
  • Stay informed about local market trends, new developments, and competitor activities.
  • Achieve individual sales and revenue targets.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in real estate sales
  • Bachelors Degree in Business administration or any other related field
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong knowledge of local real estate markets and property regulations.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Pay: AED2,500.00 – AED3,000.00 per month
