Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Portuguese-speaking Real Estate Agent to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling client inquiries, closing property deals, and building strong relationships with Portuguese-speaking investors and buyers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and respond to leads provided by the company
• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties in Dubai
• Build and maintain relationships with Portuguese-speaking clients and investors
• Conduct property viewings and presentations
• Stay up to date with market trends, pricing, and new project launches
• Negotiate deals and ensure successful closures
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions

Requirements:

• Fluent in Portuguese and English (spoken and written)
• Previous experience in real estate sales is preferred
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and ambitious
• Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market is a plus
• Valid UAE driving license (preferred)
