About the Role
We are seeking motivated and dynamic Real Estate Agents to join our growing team. This is a commission-based opportunity for individuals who are passionate about property sales and leasing, client relationships, and achieving high earning potential through performance.
As a Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for managing clients, marketing property listings, negotiating deals, and providing professional guidance to buyers, sellers, and tenants.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and generate leads through various marketing and networking activities
- List and market properties for sale and rent
- Conduct property viewings with potential clients
- Negotiate and close deals while ensuring client satisfaction
- Maintain strong knowledge of the real estate market, trends, and legal requirements
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and developers
- Prepare necessary documentation and coordinate with relevant authorities
Requirements
- Proven experience in real estate sales or leasing (preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and professional in appearance
- Knowledge of local property market and RERA regulations (preferred)
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
- Valid UAE driving license (an advantage)
