We are looking for a motivated and experienced Real Estate Broker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of the real estate market, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Assist buyers and sellers in property transactions.
• Conduct market research to determine property values.
• List properties and promote them through various marketing channels.
• Guide clients through the entire buying and selling process.
• Negotiate contracts and closing deals.
• Maintain knowledge of real estate laws and regulations.
• Build and manage a team of real estate agents (if applicable).

Requirements:

• Valid real estate broker license.
• Proven experience as a real estate broker or agent.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with real estate software and CRM tools.
