We are seeking a passionate, results-driven Real Estate Agent to join our growing team and contribute to delivering exceptional service to clients across Sharjah.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent Dar Al Ietemad Real Estate in the buying, selling, and renting of residential and commercial properties.
• Prospect and generate leads through various channels including networking, social media, and company-provided inquiries.
• Conduct property viewings and assist clients in making informed decisions.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of the Sharjah real estate market, trends, and legal requirements.
• Prepare and submit tenancy contracts, renewal forms, and necessary documentation.
• Maintain strong communication with property owners and tenants, ensuring professional relationships and client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the property management team for maintenance requests, rent collections, and tenant coordination.
• Negotiate deals and follow up with clients to close transactions smoothly.
• Maintain records of client interactions, property listings, and agreements.

Requirements:

• Experience in Sharjah Real Estate is a plus
• Knowledge of the UAE real estate market
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English and Arabic is an advantage.
• UAE driving license and own vehicle preferred.
• Familiarity with MS Office tools.
• Presentable and professional demeanor.
