About the Role

Forty M Real Estate LLC is looking for a motivated Real Estate Agent with 1–2 years of real estate experience to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, build strong client relationships, and identify new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties.
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, calls, and property enquiries.
• Understand clients’ requirements and recommend suitable properties.
• Arrange and conduct property viewings and project presentations.
• Negotiate offers and coordinate transactions between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.
• Maintain accurate property listings and update client records in the CRM.
• Build relationships with property owners, developers, and investors.
• Stay informed about Dubai property trends, new launches, and community developments.
• Coordinate documentation and follow applicable company procedures and real estate regulations.
• Work towards agreed sales and leasing targets.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in real estate; Dubai market experience is preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• A proactive approach to lead generation and client follow-up.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and property portals is an advantage.
• A valid UAE driving licence is an advantage.
