Position Overview

Green Plants Real Estate Brokers L.L.C. is looking for a motivated, ambitious, and results-driven Sales Agent to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building strong client relationships, and assisting clients in finding suitable warehouses, industrial properties, commercial spaces, and related real estate solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify client requirements and recommend suitable industrial and commercial properties.
• Conduct property viewings and present available warehouses and properties professionally.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, investors, and clients.
• Follow up with prospective clients and maintain an active sales pipeline.
• Market available properties through approved advertising platforms and company channels.
• Negotiate commercial terms between landlords and tenants/buyers.
• Coordinate documentation and support clients throughout the leasing or sales process.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, viewings, client communications, and transactions.
• Stay updated on the UAE industrial and commercial real estate market.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Previous experience in real estate sales is preferred.
• Experience in industrial or commercial real estate will be an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to generate leads and develop long-term client relationships.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and confident in dealing with clients.
• Good knowledge of the UAE real estate market is preferred.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle are preferred.
• Proficiency in English is required; additional languages are an advantage.
