Position Overview

We are looking for ambitious, target-driven, and customer-focused Real Estate Agents to join our expanding team. This role operates under an Advance Commission Model, allowing agents to receive a fixed monthly advance against future commissions while building their sales pipeline and closing transactions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify property sales and leasing opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, buyers, investors, and tenants.
  • Conduct property viewings and provide professional consultation to clients.
  • Negotiate and close property transactions effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
  • Stay updated on market trends, property values, and industry regulations.
  • Utilize company-provided CRM systems and marketing tools.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in real estate sales is preferred.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients.
  • Good knowledge of the Dubai real estate market is an advantage.
  • Valid UAE Driving License is preferred.
  • Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
