Position Overview
We are looking for ambitious, target-driven, and customer-focused Real Estate Agents to join our expanding team. This role operates under an Advance Commission Model, allowing agents to receive a fixed monthly advance against future commissions while building their sales pipeline and closing transactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify property sales and leasing opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, buyers, investors, and tenants.
- Conduct property viewings and provide professional consultation to clients.
- Negotiate and close property transactions effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
- Stay updated on market trends, property values, and industry regulations.
- Utilize company-provided CRM systems and marketing tools.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements
- Previous experience in real estate sales is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients.
- Good knowledge of the Dubai real estate market is an advantage.
- Valid UAE Driving License is preferred.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
