Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and financially savvy Real Estate Admin – Arabic Speaker to join our team. The ideal candidate will combine strong administrative skills with financial acumen to handle sales offers, SPA (Sales & Purchase Agreements), developer coordination, and other related tasks. This role is crucial in ensuring accuracy in pricing, offers, and contract follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and review Sales Offers, ensuring financial accuracy and proper documentation.
  • Draft, manage, and track Sales & Purchase Agreements (SPAs).
  • Coordinate with developers for payment schedules, receipts, and approvals.
  • Perform basic financial checks and ensure offers align with company policies.
  • Maintain accurate records of contracts, transactions, and client files.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including reports and documentation.
  • Handle general office tasks such as scheduling, filing, and correspondence.

Requirements:

  • Background in finance, accounting, or administration (experience in real estate mandatory).
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel for financial calculations).
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Knowledge of RERA procedures and UAE real estate practices is an advantage.
