Capital Zone Properties is expanding, and we’re looking for a sharp, organized, and experienced Real Estate Administrator to support our brokers and partner real estate companies.

What You’ll Do
- Provide direct administrative support to real estate brokers
- Manage listing and transaction files from start to finish
- Prepare, review, and organize contracts and related documentation
- Coordinate with brokerages, agents, title companies, and clients
- Track deadlines and ensure smooth closings
- Maintain CRM systems and compliance records
- Assist with listing input and marketing coordination
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of real estate administration experience (required)
- Strong knowledge of real estate contracts and brokerage operations
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Professional communication skills
- Tech-savvy
