About Us: We are a family owned cattle ranch that is looking to expand our agritourism business and offer interactive and educational animal encounter tours and ranch tours on our property in Floral City.

Position Summary: We’re looking for an energetic, personable Tour Guide & Animal Experience Host to be the face of our farm tours and animal encounters. This role is perfect for someone who loves animals, enjoys working with people, and thrives in an outdoor, hands-on environment. You’ll lead guests around our working ranch, share fun and educational information about our animals, and help create memorable experiences for visitors of all ages.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead engaging, informative, and entertaining guided tours of the ranch
• Share knowledge about farm animals, cattle operations, and daily ranch life
• Ensure the safety of guests and animals during tours and encounters
• Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere
• Feed, water, and assist with daily care of farm animals
• Monitor animal health and report concerns to management
• Help maintain clean, organized animal areas and guest spaces
• Assist with special events, school field trips, and group tours
• Answer guest questions and encourage positive interactions

Qualifications & Skills:

• Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable speaking to groups
• Passion for animals and agriculture
• Reliable, responsible, and safety-conscious
• Able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Comfortable standing, walking, and performing moderate physical labor in the outdoors
• Previous experience with animals, customer service, or education is a plus (but not required)
