Job Purpose: This is a key role supporting continued growth in the UAE.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Process and renew employment visas, employment cards, and emirates IDs for all employees
  • Handle all activities related to the UAE ministry of Human Resources & Emiratisation (MOHRE), and other government entities.
  • Ensure timely renewal of company trade license, labour quotas, establishment cards and other legal appointments.
  • Manage all visa applications, cancellations, labour contracts and medical test appointments.
  • Maintain records of all PRO services provided and updating employee & business files accordingly.
  • Stay updated on changes in labour and immigration laws, ensuring management are kept up to date and advised on necessary actions.
  • Always ensure compliance with government regulations.

Person Specification

Essential:

  • Proven experience as a PRO in the UAE (Minimum of 3-5 years)
  • Proven experience in individual and bulk visa processing.
  • Excellent knowledge of UAE labour law, immigration and licensing procedures
  • Excellent communications skills in English and Arabic (written and spoken)
  • Valid UAE driving license with willingness to travel within country to attend necessary appointments.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with government officials and departments.

Desirable:

  • Based in Abu Dhabi (or within a commutable distance)
  • Established relationships with government officials & departments.
  • Right to work in the UAE and in country already.
  • Access to your own vehicle.
  • Proficiency in MS office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
