Position Overview:

We are seeking a Public Area Attendant.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out routine and detailed cleaning of all public areas, including Garden
• Monitor the condition of public spaces, immediately reporting maintenance issues or safety hazards to the manager.
• Support special events and gatherings by assisting with set-up, tidying, and post-event cleaning as required.
• Comply with all privacy, confidentiality, and security at all times.
• Demonstrate discretion and professionalism, respecting the privacy of residents and guests
