Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.
- Conduct market research and analysis to determine property value.
- Generate leads through networking and marketing strategies.
- Arrange and conduct property viewings with potential clients.
- Negotiate property prices and terms on behalf of clients.
- Prepare and present property listings to prospective buyers or tenants.
- Provide guidance and support to clients throughout the sales process.
- Maintain a database of properties available for sale or rent.
