Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to determine property value.
  • Generate leads through networking and marketing strategies.
  • Arrange and conduct property viewings with potential clients.
  • Negotiate property prices and terms on behalf of clients.
  • Prepare and present property listings to prospective buyers or tenants.
  • Provide guidance and support to clients throughout the sales process.
  • Maintain a database of properties available for sale or rent.
