We are seeking a well-presented, customer-focused Promoter with a background in luxury retail or hospitality. The ideal candidate will represent the brand professionally, engage with potential clients, and drive product awareness and sales through exceptional service and communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent the brand with a high level of professionalism and etiquette.
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and promote products/services accordingly.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of the brand, offerings, features, and promotions.
  • Ensure product displays and promotional areas are always clean, attractive, and aligned with brand standards.
  • Provide an excellent customer experience that reflects luxury service standards.
  • Support marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities as required.
  • Collect customer feedback and report insights to the management team.
  • Work closely with sales teams to generate leads and achieve targets.
  • Maintain accurate daily reports on footfall, inquiries, and conversions.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or customer-facing roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer-service mindset with the ability to engage high-end clientele.
  • Professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong presentation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Multilingual skills (Arabic/English preferred) are an advantage.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, or at events when required.
