We are seeking a Project Manager (Fit-Out) to lead and deliver premium residential fit-out projects with precision, creativity, and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex luxury renovations, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of luxury residential and commercial fit-out projects, from planning to handover.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless execution.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and resources to achieve project goals.
• Ensure compliance with design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Provide leadership and guidance to site teams and subcontractors.
• Deliver exceptional client service and maintain strong professional relationships.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in project management within luxury residential and commercial fit-out.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, interior finishes, and high-end materials.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
• Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred.
• PMP certification or equivalent is an advantage.
• Capable of working independently under minimal supervision, demonstrating initiative and accountability.
