About the Role
We are seeking a talented and motivated Project Coordinator-Designer to join our dynamic team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This exciting role combines project management skills with creative design expertise, offering a unique opportunity for a UAE National to contribute to innovative projects and drive successful outcomes.
- Coordinate and manage design projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop creative design solutions that meet project objectives and client needs
- Create and maintain project timelines, budgets, and resource allocations
- Utilize design software to produce visually appealing and effective designs for various mediums
- Facilitate communication between team members, stakeholders, and clients throughout the project lifecycle
- Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement solutions to keep projects on track
- Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and cultural sensitivities specific to the UAE market
- Organize and lead project meetings, providing regular status updates to key stakeholders
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of design processes and project management methodologies
What do we need from you
- UAE National with a family book is required for this position
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Project Management, or a related field
- Proven experience in project coordination and design roles
- Proficiency in design software, particularly Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Demonstrated time management and organizational abilities
- Knowledge of UAE design trends and cultural sensitivities
- Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in Arabic and English (both written and spoken) is preferred
