Project Coordinator – UAE

Company: Trivv Digital, Dubai

Location: UAE | Immediate Joiners Preferred

We are looking for a proactive Project Coordinator to join our team!

Requirements:

• UAE Driving License (Not Mandatory)
• Knowledge in CAD
• Strong communication & coordination skills
• Ability to handle multiple projects and site coordination
• Good problem-solving and team management skills

What You’ll Do:

• Coordinate with clients, vendors & internal teams
• Prepare project schedules and follow-ups
• Handle site visits and project updates
• Support project documentation and reporting
• Assist in design and technical coordination

Skills Needed:

• CAD knowledge
• MS Office & reporting skills
• Basic technical understanding
• Project coordination & communication

Immediate joiners are highly preferred!
