Full job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and coordinate site surveys, deliveries, and installation work.
  • Communicate regularly with clients to confirm requirements and provide updates.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and installers to ensure materials and resources are ready.
  • Prepare and follow up on quotations, invoices, and project documentation.
  • Track project timelines, budgets, and progress to ensure on-time completion.
  • Conduct basic on-site checks and report issues or delays promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records, measurements, and client information.
  • Support production manager with administrative and operational tasks.

Requirements:

  • Experience in project coordination (blinds/curtains/interior fit-out preferred).
  • Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and work under time pressure.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of basic project tools is an advantage.
