• Ensuring the Production activities and materials as per the schedules.
• Implementation of new systems for productivity & process improvement
• Cycle time reduction & Down Time analysis
• Taking Trial & suggestions for Tools & process set up.
• Rejection analysis & Reduction in PPM
• Training for Man power in shop floor related activities
• Maintain attendance /OT of workers under Underlay line.
• Co-ordinate with all other Departments for the production related activities.
• Active member in Process Improvement.
• Prepare machine capacity loading for production and new project.
