Seed Graphics Design LLC is looking for an experienced and highly organized Production Supervisor to oversee our daily production activities.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in signage manufacturing, advertising production, interior fit-out, kiosk fabrication, and related manufacturing works.

The Production Supervisor will be responsible for managing production teams, coordinating materials and manpower, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring projects are completed within the required deadlines.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production activities, including signage, kiosk fabrication, advertising materials, and interior fit-out works.
• Plan and organize production schedules based on project requirements and delivery deadlines.
• Allocate manpower, materials, machinery, and other resources efficiently.
• Monitor production progress and ensure projects are completed on time.
• Supervise carpenters, fabricators, welders, painters, machine operators, and other production workers.
• Coordinate with the Operations, Design, Estimation, Procurement, and Installation teams.
• Review technical drawings, production specifications, and job requirements before starting production.
• Ensure proper utilization of materials and minimize production waste.
• Monitor product quality and ensure finished works meet approved drawings and client requirements.
• Identify production delays, technical issues, and manpower challenges and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain production records, daily progress reports, manpower allocation, and material consumption details.
• Ensure machinery, tools, and equipment are properly maintained and operated safely.
• Monitor workplace safety and ensure compliance with company health and safety procedures.
• Coordinate with suppliers and procurement teams regarding material availability and production requirements.
• Manage multiple production jobs simultaneously while maintaining quality and deadlines.
• Support Management in improving production efficiency, productivity, and cost control.
• Ensure proper housekeeping, workshop organization, and discipline among production staff.
• Perform other production-related responsibilities assigned by Management.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Minimum 2–4 years of UAE experience in production supervision.
• Previous experience in signage, advertising, interior fit-out, kiosk manufacturing, or fabrication industries is strongly preferred.
• Good knowledge of signage manufacturing, acrylic works, metal fabrication, carpentry, and finishing processes.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and production specifications.
• Strong experience in manpower management, production planning, and workshop supervision.
• Knowledge of materials, production machinery, and fabrication techniques.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Good coordination skills with Operations, Design, Procurement, and Installation teams.
• Basic computer knowledge and reporting skills.
• UAE driving licence

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Candidates with experience in signage manufacturing, advertising production, kiosk fabrication, and interior fit-out will be given preference.
• Strong hands-on workshop and production management experience.
• Ability to handle blue-collar production teams effectively.
• Candidates currently available in the UAE are preferred.
