Job Description:

We are looking for a hands-on Production Manager experienced in wedding and event setup.
The ideal candidate should have strong skills in stage fabrication, lighting, truss, décor installation, and crew management. You will oversee the entire event production process — from planning to execution — ensuring quality, safety, and on-time delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Manage complete event production including stage, décor, lighting, and technical setup.
• Coordinate with designers, florists, and lighting teams to ensure the design is executed correctly.
• Supervise fabrication, rigging, and dismantling crews.
• Plan production schedules, logistics, and material requirements.
• Inspect setups for quality, safety, and finishing standards.
• Ensure events are completed on time, within budget, and as per client expectations.

Requirements:

• 5–6 years of UAE experience in wedding or event production.
• Strong knowledge of lighting, truss, carpentry, and décor fabrication.
• Ability to lead on-site teams and manage multiple projects.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• UAE driving license preferred.
