Role Overview:

We are seeking a results-driven Production Manager with strong experience in interior fit-out and joinery manufacturing. The ideal candidate will oversee end-to-end production processes, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess project requirements, conduct site measurements, and plan resource allocation
• Prepare project cost estimates and issue job orders for production
• Manage procurement of raw materials and ensure cost-effective purchasing
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce production costs and enhance efficiency
• Ensure all production outputs meet required quality standards and specifications
• Plan and organize workflow in line with project timelines and delivery schedules
• Supervise production teams including foremen, laborers, and drivers, and evaluate performance
• Schedule and oversee maintenance of machinery and equipment
• Maintain accurate inventory records of tools and raw materials in the warehouse
• Manage production planning, scheduling, and coordination across multiple projects
• Develop and implement production policies and procedures in line with management objectives
• Ensure total quality management of processes and finished products
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide effective solutions
• Enforce housekeeping and safety standards to maintain a clean and efficient work environment
• Monitor stock levels in coordination with accounts and administration teams
• Implement waste reduction initiatives and promote a zero-waste culture

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field
• Minimum 4–6 years’ experience in a similar role within the interior fit-out / joinery industry
• Strong knowledge of production planning, cost control, and materials management
• Experience in supervising workshop and site production teams
• Solid understanding of quality standards and fit-out processes
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
• Proficiency in MS Office; ERP experience is an advantage
• UAE driving license preferred
