Job Title: Production Manager

We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to join our printing workshop. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily production operations, leading the production team, and ensuring all jobs are completed efficiently, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage and oversee the daily operations of the production workshop.

* Plan, schedule, and monitor production to meet deadlines.

* Supervise and lead the production team to ensure smooth workflow.

* Operate and oversee printing machines and ensure proper maintenance.

* Have hands-on knowledge of acrylic fabrication machines and production processes.

* Operate and manage CNC cutting machines and ensure accurate production.

* Maintain quality control standards throughout the production process.

* Coordinate with designers, sales, and other departments to ensure project success.

* Monitor inventory, materials, and machine performance.

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Production Manager in a printing, signage, or advertising production workshop.

* Strong knowledge of printing machines, acrylic fabrication, and CNC cutting machines.

* Excellent leadership and team management skills.

* Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.

* Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
