Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire production process from sampling to bulk manufacturing.
• Develop accurate size charts for womenswear suited for e-commerce and in-store collections.
• Understand design sketches and communicate technical details clearly to masterjis and tailors.
• Work closely with design, merchandising, and quality teams to ensure design integrity and product fit.
• Manage daily production activities, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
• Handle fabric sourcing, trims, and accessories procurement, with good knowledge of Dubai suppliers and markets.
• Maintain production schedules, track work progress, and resolve any bottlenecks.
• Supervise quality control during sampling, stitching, and finishing stages.
• Negotiate with vendors, tailors, and suppliers for timely delivery and cost efficiency.
• Ensure accurate inventory of fabrics, trims, and consumables.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in fashion production management, preferably in women’s wear.
• Strong understanding of patterns, fits, and garment construction.
• Knowledge of fabric sourcing, trims, and local market suppliers in Dubai.
• Ability to communicate clearly with tailors, masters, and design teams.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high quality.
• Proficiency in Excel or production tracking tools is an advantage.
• Fluency in English and Hindi/Urdu preferred. Key Responsibilities:
