Product Specialist – Hydraulics and Mechanical Systems
Position Summary
The Product Specialist – Hydraulics and Mechanical Systems is responsible for providing expert technical support, customer service, and product guidance related to hydraulic equipment, mechanical systems, and agricultural tools. This role requires strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to customers, dealers, and internal teams.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Provide professional customer service via phone, email, chat, and in person.
- Enter customer orders in company ERP system (Odoo).
- Maintain product knowledge including application, installation, and troubleshooting.
- Use spare parts diagrams to assist customers with Titan post driver parts orders.
- Prepare and send quotes including pricing and shipping options.
- Monitor backorders and communicate lead times.
- Process RMAs and warranty claims.
- Complete rental agreements and safety checklists.
- Assist customers with financing, wire transfers, Echecks, and PayPal.
- Maintain merchandise and showroom displays.
- Provide dealer support, forecasting assistance, and updated pricing.
Provide employee training and support on applicable products.
- Participate in agricultural trade shows and conferences.
