What you’ll be doing

• Setting and driving the product design vision across FNmarkets’ trading and brokerage platforms, from trader dashboards and onboarding flows to execution interfaces and compliance experiences
• Managing, mentoring, and growing a team of product designers by setting clear expectations, running performance reviews, and creating development paths that elevate individual and team output
• Leading cross-functional collaboration with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders across regions to ship fast without compromising quality
• Establishing and evolving design systems, processes, and standards that ensure consistency, scalability, and speed across web and mobile
• Conducting and overseeing user research, synthesizing insights from active traders to inform design decisions that move metrics
• Championing user-centered design while balancing business goals, technical constraints, and regulatory requirements
• Prototyping, testing, and iterating rapidly; we value speed and learning over perfection
• Traveling occasionally for co-working sessions, team offsites, user research, and/or strategic planning sessions

What you’ll need

• 7+ years of product design experience with at least 2+ years in a design management or lead role, with a portfolio that proves you can ship beautiful, functional products at scale
• Demonstrated success launching and scaling trading or brokerage products in competitive fintech environments
• Strong commercial acumen: balancing user experience, regulatory requirements, and revenue impact
• Proven ability to build, manage, and develop high-performing design teams; you know how to hire well, set vision, and get the best out of people
• Deep fluency in Figma, prototyping tools, and design systems; you’re the person teammates come to for Figma wizardry
• Experience designing for fintech, trading platforms, SaaS, or similarly complex, data-rich products
