Full job description

• Purchase auto spare parts based on operational requirements.
• Identify and evaluate reliable suppliers and maintain good relationships.
• Negotiate prices, delivery terms, and contracts to ensure best value.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team.
• Ensure timely delivery and quality of all procured items.
• Work with the quality team to check parts meet required standards.
• Keep records of purchases, prices, and supplier performance.
• Follow company policies and UAE procurement regulations.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in auto spare parts procurement.
• Good knowledge of auto parts, suppliers, and market trends.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems.
