Full job description

Responsible for sourcing and purchasing goods and services, obtaining quotations, negotiating with suppliers, processing purchase orders, monitoring deliveries, and maintaining accurate procurement records. Ensures purchases meet the company’s quality, cost, and operational requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of procurement or purchasing experience in UAE, preferably in F&B, hospitality, or retail.
• Good negotiation and supplier management skills.
• Knowledge of purchasing procedures, inventory, and supplier documentation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of UAE suppliers and procurement practices is an advantage.
