WE ARE HIRING – PROCUREMENT OFFICER | JOINERY

Location: Ras Al Khaimah, UAE
Salary: From AED 7,000, depending on experience

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 7 years of procurement experience, preferably within the Joinery / Furniture / Interior Fit-Out industry
• Any Bachelor’s Degree or relevant qualification
• Strong knowledge of joinery materials, hardware, wood, boards, laminates, veneers, fittings and consumables
• Experience in supplier sourcing, quotation comparison, negotiation and purchase orders
• Ability to manage local and international suppliers
• Strong understanding of procurement planning and cost control
• Good coordination with Production, Projects, Estimation and Accounts teams
• Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory
• Strong communication, negotiation and vendor management skills
• UAE experience in Joinery / Furniture / Interior Fit-Out is highly preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and evaluate suppliers for joinery materials and related products
• Obtain and compare quotations and negotiate competitive prices
• Prepare and process purchase orders
• Monitor delivery schedules and ensure timely availability of materials
• Maintain supplier relationships and procurement records
• Coordinate with production and project teams regarding material requirements
• Ensure quality, cost and delivery requirements are met
• Identify cost-saving and alternative sourcing opportunities
