Key Responsibilities:
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors.
- Prepare LPOs, quotation comparisons, and procurement logs.
- Coordinate material deliveries and verify compliance with project specifications.
- Maintain vendor database and ensure timely order follow-up.
- Support the team with procurement reporting and documentation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain
- 3–5 years procurement experience (preferably in construction or finishing).
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficient in Excel and ERP-based systems.
