Full job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with project timelines and budget.
  • Source and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors for materials and services related to fit-out works (e.g., joinery, MEP, finishes, furniture, etc.).
  • Collaborate closely with project managers, estimators, designers, and site teams to understand procurement needs.
  • Prepare and issue RFQs, evaluate bids, and conduct commercial and technical assessments.
  • Maintain accurate procurement schedules, cost trackers, and supplier databases.
  • Manage supplier relationships, including performance evaluation, dispute resolution, and contract compliance.
  • Ensure all purchases comply with project specifications, budget constraints, and company policies.
  • Monitor market trends to identify potential suppliers, materials, and cost-saving opportunities.
  • Oversee logistics and delivery schedules to ensure on-time availability of materials on site.
  • Ensure procurement risks are identified and mitigation plans are in place.
  • Assist in value engineering and cost management exercises during project pre-construction phases.
