What you’ll be doing

• Engaging in sourcing activities and negotiations
• Managing the end-to-end sourcing process, including commercial and contractual negotiations
• Establishing category structures in a remote environment
• Conducting forward-looking analysis of current/future vendors to drive commercial savings and performance improvements
• Maintaining and operating Revolut’s procurement workflow and PO system
• Monitoring and developing vendor performance processes
• Assisting the wider business in resolving vendor issues and escalations
• Working alongside third-party risk team members to assist with the vendor onboarding process
• Producing monthly vendor reports and presentations to wider stakeholders
• Liaising closely with Operations, Finance, and Risk teams to ensure compliance with sourcing strategy and continuous improvement of procurement processes

What you’ll need

• 3+ years of experience in a global procurement function within a fast-paced environment
• Expertise in source-to-pay activities
• Knowledge of procurement processes, policies, and procedures
• The ability to work and communicate effectively in a remote environment
• Experience in category management
• Impeccable attention to detail and focus on accuracy
• An analytical mindset with the ability to break complex problems into smaller, achievable tasks
• A proven ability to work independently with a solid sense of ownership
