Delta Gulf General Transport is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Procurement Manager to lead and manage all procurement activities across our oil & gas and transport operations. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the timely and cost-effective procurement of materials, equipment, spare parts, and services while maintaining the highest standards of quality, compliance, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement strategies that support company objectives and operational requirements.
• Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including sourcing, supplier evaluation, tendering, negotiation, and contract management.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with local and international suppliers and service providers.
• Negotiate favorable commercial terms, pricing, delivery schedules, and service agreements.
• Source and procure oilfield equipment, transportation-related materials, spare parts, fuel-related services, and operational consumables.
• Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with contractual obligations, quality standards, and HSE requirements.
• Collaborate with operations, maintenance, finance, and project teams to understand procurement needs and ensure timely delivery.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings, process improvements, and strategic sourcing initiatives.
• Manage procurement budgets and monitor expenditure against approved budgets.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, UAE regulations, and industry best practices.
• Prepare procurement reports, supplier performance analyses, and management presentations.
• Lead, mentor, and develop procurement team members to achieve departmental objectives.

Qualifications & ExperienceRequired Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.
• Professional certifications such as CIPS, CPSM, or equivalent are preferred.

Experience

• Minimum 5–10 years of procurement experience, preferably within the Oil & Gas, Energy, Construction, or Heavy Transport sectors.
• At least 3–5 years of experience in a procurement leadership or management role.
• Proven experience in supplier negotiations, strategic sourcing, and contract management.
• Strong understanding of procurement processes related to oilfield services, equipment, fleet operations, and industrial projects.

Pay: AED7,000.00 – AED10,000.00 per month
