Full job description
Responsibilities:
- Source and negotiate with suppliers to ensure the best pricing and quality.
- Prepare and manage purchase orders, contracts, and supplier records.
- Coordinate deliveries, logistics, and inventory requirements.
- Handle office supplies, maintenance, insurance, and service providers.
- Ensure timely renewal of licenses, contracts, and approvals.
- Support HR with travel, visa, and employee administrative tasks.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing for procurement and administration.
Requirements:
- UAE National (Emirati) with Family Book.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- 1–3 years’ experience in procurement and/or administration preferred.
- Strong negotiation, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office; ERP experience (Odoo preferred).
