Komfort Kocktails is officially launching in Valley Stream, NY — a chic, elevated cocktail lounge offering signature drinks and curated small bites.

We are currently seeking a Prep Cook who is experienced, dependable, and excited to contribute to a fast-paced lounge environment focused on crafted cocktails and small plates — no full-size kitchen or traditional stove setup.

This position is perfect for individuals looking to grow their culinary skills in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare and assemble a variety of small bites including nachos, tostadas, sliders, seasoned fries, crostini, and chips & dips
• Follow recipes and presentation guidelines to maintain consistency
• Work efficiently in a compact prep kitchen using air fryers, griddles, and countertop equipment
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards at all times
• Assist with daily prep, inventory, and kitchen organization
