Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and supervise swimmers at all times to ensure safety and prevent accidents.
• Enforce all pool rules and safety regulations in a professional and respectful manner.
• Respond immediately to emergencies and perform rescue procedures when necessary.
• Administer first aid, CPR, or other life-saving techniques as required.
• Inspect pool areas daily to ensure cleanliness, proper water quality, and safe equipment.
• Report any hazards, incidents, or maintenance issues to management.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist guests with inquiries.
• Participate in regular training sessions, drills, and safety meetings.

Qualifications & Skills

• Certified Lifeguard
• Valid CPR and First Aid Certification.
• Strong swimming and rescue skills.
• Ability to remain alert and attentive for long periods.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physically fit and able to handle emergency situations.
